RESHIP POLICY

📦 Shipping & Reship Policy
We stand on the quality of our service and ensure customers are taken care of in the event of shipping issues.


🚨 Seizures or Transit Delays
If your package is seized or becomes stuck in transit for 14+ days, you are eligible for a 100% reship.


📭 Empty Packages
If your package arrives empty, we offer a 100% reship with valid proof (photo or video evidence required upon delivery).
Without proof of an empty package, reshipments cannot be processed.
